Autumn Nature Experience Class

Co-hosted by the Kumamoto Prefectural Environmental Center and Kumamoto Prefectural Ashikita Youth House, the "Autumn Nature Experience Class" is a 2-day, 1-night event where participants can fully enjoy the rich nature of Ashikita. Packed with outdoor activities, the event features observing creatures living on the shore near Ashikita Coast Prefectural Natural Park, nature games to connect with nature, and making plastic bottle pizzas useful in times of disaster. On Day 1, nature games, rocky shore observation, and photo frame making will take place. Day 2 features plastic bottle pizza making and environmental study, allowing participants to experience Ashikita's nature through all five senses. Families and groups of up to 10 people can participate; elementary school students and younger must be accompanied by a guardian. The participation fee includes facility usage fees, three meals during the event, insurance, and more, making it a valuable opportunity to immerse in Ashikita's nature.
