Disaster Prevention Yokai Discovery & 2026 Mama Navi Festa

About this event

A family-friendly event where 'Disaster Prevention Yokai Discovery' and 'Mama Navi Festa' are held simultaneously. At 'Disaster Prevention Yokai Discovery,' there are plenty of unique disaster preparedness activities, including a screening of the movie 'The Yokai Prepared with You,' 'Hyakki Souran: Calamities and Yokai Lore (Exhibition)' to learn about the mysterious connection between yokai and disasters, 'Mystical Light-Shifting Bracelet Making' to create bracelets that change color in the light, 'Good Fortune! Yokai Shrine' where omikuji fortunes give disaster advice, 'Demon Fire Extermination' to knock down targets styled as will-o'-the-wisps using fire extinguishers, and 'Yokai Hospital' to diagnose your household disaster readiness. In addition, visitors can take part in the 'Yokai Safety Workshop' on a mystery bus tour to raise awareness of disasters and accidents by considering nearby dangerous spots and original yokai. Meanwhile, at 'Mama Navi Festa,' various programs are prepared for parents and children to relax and spend time together, such as the 'Gaagaas Parent-Child Concert,' 'Sushi Race by Baby Contestants,' 'Kids' Fair (Ennichi),' and 'Workshops.'
