Iriki Rakuichi: Let's Support the Taiko Drum Dance

About this event

"Iriki Rakuichi: Let's Support Taiko-odori" is an event held in Satsumasendai City, Kagoshima Prefecture, taking place in the front garden of the Irikifumoto Exchange Center. At this event, the Iriki Taiko Dance will be performed to support the local traditional performing arts. Food and craft stalls are also planned for the day to entertain visitors. As an initiative to preserve Iriki's traditional performing arts and revitalize the local community, a large turnout is expected. Performances such as the Soeda Raku Shimoteda Ippon Yabata Taiko Dance and the Asahi Taiko Dance are scheduled. Spectator seating and cold drinks will also be provided, allowing attendees to comfortably enjoy the event.
