About this event
A rogaining sports event where participants navigate checkpoints using a map and compete for points scored within a set time limit. Teams take photos as proof of visiting checkpoints, and the team with the most points wins. A 5-hour course (Team and Solo divisions) for those confident in their physical strength and a 2-hour course (Team and Family divisions) for beginners and families are available. Teams can have up to 5 members, and the Family division is for teams that include junior high school students or younger children and their guardians. In addition to awarding the top 3 teams in each division, special awards are planned. Participants must bring a mobile phone with a camera function or a digital camera. The event starts and finishes at Ichiki Aqua Hall, and anyone in good health can participate regardless of age. Up to 50 teams are recruited for each course. Participation fees are 4,000 yen for adults, 3,000 yen for high school students and younger, and free for preschoolers for the 5-hour course; and 3,000 yen for adults, 2,000 yen for high school students and younger, and free for preschoolers for the 2-hour course. The application deadline is August 29, 2026.
