The Teshikaga Shrine Annual Grand Festival is a traditional festival of Teshikaga Town held every August. During the festival period, many stalls line the front of the shrine, creating a lively atmosphere. Participants carry a splendid mikoshi (portable shrine) and parade through the town. In addition, the performance of the lion dance, an intangible cultural property of Teshikaga Town, is one of the highlights, offering a powerful dance to enjoy.
