Condors Nakashibetsu Special Gratitude Performance 2026

Condors appear at the Nakashibetsu Town General Cultural Center Shirubetto Hall! Commemorating their 30th anniversary, this is a special performance presented with heartfelt, deep gratitude to everyone in Nakashibetsu. Expressing appreciation for having been invited to Nakashibetsu many times, they will deliver a one-of-a-kind, brand-new emotional experience. An opening act by Nakashibetsu residents is also scheduled, highlighting connections with the local community. Condors is a dance company that has performed in more than 30 countries worldwide and has been praised by The New York Times. Composed entirely of male members, they captivate audiences with a unique style that blends dance in Japanese school uniforms (gakuran), live music, puppetry, performance art, video, and comedy sketches. In recent years, they have also focused on social inclusion for people with disabilities through stage arts, revitalizing regional culture and local communities, and emotional education in early childhood, continuing their challenge toward realizing an inclusive society. This performance will be a gesture of gratitude for Condors' activities to date and a special gift to the people of Nakashibetsu.
