Everyone Come Along! 2026 Ebetsu 'Global Citizens' Gathering (Ebetsu World Fest 2026)

About this event

Hosted by the Ebetsu International Exchange Promotion Council, this is the largest international exchange event in the city. Continuing since 1998, the event aims to enable citizens and foreign residents to transcend language and national boundaries, interacting and deepening mutual understanding as global citizens. A diverse array of attractions is planned, including activity reports by local international exchange groups and universities, country introductions by international students, stage presentations such as musical performances and dances, Japanese kimono dressing experiences, and sales of world cuisines. An authentic Western-style haunted house produced by Coordinators for International Relations (CIR) and Assistant Language Teachers (ALT) will also appear, offering a full day rich in international flavor.
