The event is held across the Yoshino-cho Green Zone (Tsuchibuchigawa Yoshino-cho Green Space, around Chuo-Hirosaki Station on the Konan Railway Owani Line, etc.) and the Kajicho Exchange Zone (Jotokaku, Kakumi Koji, etc.), and can be enjoyed for free.
