KUSAMA FOREVER – Genbi Sanpo: 'Love Forever, Singing in Towada'

Held as part of the 'KUSAMA FOREVER (1929–2026–∞)' program commemorating Yayoi Kusama at the Towada Art Center in Towada City, Aomori Prefecture, 'Genbi Sanpo' is an interactive dialogue program where participants view Kusama's permanent outdoor sculpture work 'Love Forever, Singing in Towada' (2010) located in the museum's outdoor Art Square, while reflecting from multiple perspectives on the messages of 'love' and 'peace' embedded in the work as well as Kusama's creative will. This program provides a valuable opportunity to trace Kusama's journey and gain a deeper understanding of her relationship with Towada. On the day of the event, participants will view the artwork together with volunteers and staff to share its appeal.
