The 'Ao no Kirameki Aomori Kokospo Naginata Competition' will be held over three days from October 17 to October 19, 2026, at Sports Plaza Fujisaki in Fujisaki Town, Aomori Prefecture. In this tournament, junior women's forms/matches and adult women's forms/matches will be held, with athletes gathered from all over the country competing to showcase the results of their daily training. At the venue where fierce contests unfold, visitors can enjoy the powerful demonstrations and match tactics of the naginata competition. Television broadcasts and live streams on the Kokospo Channel are also planned, making it possible for those who cannot visit the venue to watch. Ahead of the competition, a drawing will be conducted on September 5, 2026. The venue will provide an opportunity to fully experience the appeal of naginata.
