40th Gourmet Kingdom Morioka Agricultural Festival

The 'Gourmet Kingdom Morioka Agricultural Festival', held once a year in Morioka City, is a two-day event packed with Morioka's charm, featuring sales of fresh and delicious agricultural and livestock products grown with plenty of love in Morioka, as well as menu items certified by 'Morioka Delicious Food Ambassadors'. At the venue, hands-on activity booths enjoyable for children and adults have been significantly expanded, offering diverse activities such as archery experiences, fruit experiences, all-you-can-stuff apples and weight guessing games, Molkky experiences, woodworking experiences, log cutting experiences, and target shooting. In addition, there will be sales booths for fresh autumn agricultural products and gourmet food, as well as a stamp rally where participants can win luxurious prizes. Stage events will enliven the venue with mochi tossing and performances by the Iwate University Sansa Odori Executive Committee and the Otobe Sansa Odori Preservation Society. In a joint stamp rally with the concurrently held 'Morioka Taste and Craft Exhibition 2026', visitors can also apply for the Agricultural Festival Special Award. Admission is free.
