About this event
Held in front of the Sumita Town Office building, the "32nd Sumita Industry Festival" is organized to liven up the local community. This festival provides an excellent opportunity for businesses and organizations in town to present their daily activities and products, deepen exchanges with local residents, and make their businesses and activities widely known. On the day of the event, sales of specialty products by local businesses in Sumita Town and performances of local traditional performing arts are scheduled to take place. The event will be held rain or shine, but will be canceled in severe weather. Those wishing to exhibit must submit an "Exhibition Application Form" distributed at or downloadable from the Agriculture, Forestry, Commerce and Industry Division. The application deadline is Friday, October 2, at 5:00 PM. Additionally, a briefing session, which is mandatory for all exhibitors, will be held on Tuesday, October 6, at 7:00 PM. Please take this opportunity to help create a local festival together.
