Taneichi Direct-from-the-Farm Thanksgiving Festival

The Taneichi Direct-from-the-Farm Thanksgiving Festival will be held at the Taneichi Sanchoku Fureai Hiroba in Hirono Town, Iwate Prefecture. On the day, an opening ceremony featuring a performance of Taneichi Uminari Taiko will begin at 10:00. Afterwards, starting from 10:40, visitors can enjoy entertainment including the Tomoko Sambongi Song and Dance Show, Sea Girls, GLOW, Tentsukuren, and street performer Besuke. Furthermore, a rice-cake toss (mochimaki) with prizes is scheduled for 14:00. At the event venue, kitchen cars and food stalls will be present, along with the sale of grilled Pacific saury (sanma), making it a day where you can fully savor great food.
