Bringing together seasonal items and delicacies from the Naka-Sorachi area, the "Naka-Sorachi Grand Harvest Festival" is a two-day event to savor the harvest of autumn. Held annually since its first event in 2015, this festival takes place at the Sunagawa Highway Oasis Building. Agricultural produce, specialty goods, and famous dishes from Naka-Sorachi (Sunagawa City, Takikawa City, Ashibetsu City, etc.) gather in one place, featuring food and drink stalls and kitchen cars from each municipality. Visitors can enjoy shopping for fresh vegetables and fruits, as well as tasting gourmet foods that highlight regional specialties. Additionally, stage events will feature musical performances, recitals, and dynamic dance performances showcasing local children's regular practice achievements. Street performances can also be enjoyed, livening up the venue. Furthermore, a bingo tournament with luxurious prizes will be held, packed with programs for all attendees to enjoy. It is an event that can truly be called a "treasure trove of food," where you can fully savor the culinary culture passed down from the pioneer era to the modern day and the rich bounty of Naka-Sorachi.
