Zao Town Event: Late Autumn Fruit Festival and Autumn Foliage Zao Echo Line Tour

About this event

This tour lets you fully enjoy the autumn flavors and autumn foliage of Zao Town. At the Late Autumn Fruit Festival, you can take home 2 apples and 2 pears. Depending on the season, pears may be substituted with other vegetables or produce. Additionally, admission to Miyagi Zao Kokeshi Doll Museum is free for viewing. The tour is a day trip accompanied by a tour conductor. On the Zao Echo Line, you will enjoy autumn leaves and visit the Kattadake Rest House and Yogurt Kobo Atreyu. However, if the Echo Line is closed due to weather conditions or dense fog, the tour may turn back at Sai-no-Kawara. Lunch will be provided at the Kokeshi Museum as a bento box meal or at the dining hall.
