Held in Rifu Town, Miyagi Prefecture, the "Tofu no Sato Sports Park Festival 2026" is a sports festival that people of all ages, from children to adults, can enjoy all day in the nature-rich Tofu no Sato Park. A wide variety of sports programs are prepared, including parkour experiences and performances, table tennis, balance play, new sports such as ladder getter, baggo, curling (curolling), mancala, and shuffleboard, boxing experiences, Molkky, and a basketball clinic led by Sendai 89ERS Academy coaches. Furthermore, races ranging from crawling to running, trampoline experiences, e-sports experiences, and health measurement sessions will also be conducted. In the baseball experience, visitors can enjoy Struck Out and speed gun challenges, and mini kick-bike races, soft tennis experiences, SUP (stand-up paddleboarding) experiences with free pool access, training experiences, and cheerleading experiences will also be held. At the venue, visitors can also enjoy food trucks, retail stalls, and workshops, savoring delicious gourmet food and shopping after exercising. The opening ceremony will feature a performance by the Tohoku University Cheer Squad and energetic races by children.
