Minamisanriku Sweets Picnic 2026 (Apple Theme)

About this event

In Minamisanriku Town, the sweets event 'Minamisanriku Sweets Picnic 2026' themed around seasonal fruits will be held. As its fourth installment, a fair themed around the autumn taste of 'apples' will be presented. At sweet shops and restaurants in the town, limited-time original sweets using apples carefully grown by local farmers will appear. Visitors can enjoy a variety of elaborate sweets unique to each shop, such as cakes, parfaits, and crepes. This event was born from the desire to connect producers with local sweets shops and revitalize Minamisanriku Town through the power of sweets. Tasting delicious sweets also connects to supporting producers and local shops. Why not tour Minamisanriku Town with a picnic feeling while enjoying seasonal delicacies? Participating stores are also running a stamp rally where you collect stickers by purchasing eligible sweets, which can be exchanged for original special gifts according to the number of stickers collected.
