Information regarding the 4th Tyrannosaurus Race held within the Kimimachi no Sato Festival. The event will take place on Saturday, October 17, at Futatsui Central Park. In case of rain, the venue will move to the adjacent General Gymnasium. The participation fee is 2,000 yen per dinosaur (including insurance), with categories for adults (junior high school students and older) and juveniles (elementary school students and younger), each with a set capacity. Participants are required to wear an inflatable Tyrannosaurus costume. The races will be held in the morning, with reception starting at 9:30, the opening ceremony at 10:30, and the closing ceremony scheduled for 12:00. Top finishers will receive commemorative plaques made of Akita cedar and Noshiro Wagyu beef, among other prizes, and all participants will receive coupons usable at the festival. The application deadline is Wednesday, September 30. This race is part of the Kimimachi no Sato Festival, and if the festival itself is canceled, the race will also be canceled.
