The 'Night Aquarium' held at Oga Aquarium GAO is a special event where you can observe the nighttime behavior of creatures in a mystical atmosphere different from the usual. It will be held exclusively for 2 days on Saturday, October 24 and Saturday, October 31, 2026, with operating hours from 18:00 to 21:00 (last admission at 20:00). Normal operations run until 17:00, and from 17:00 to 18:00, visitors cannot enter the facility except for designated areas due to lighting changeover work, but may wait in the open areas. Those who visit during the daytime and hold an admission ticket can enjoy the night aquarium at no additional charge. During the event period, related programs will also be held, such as a Halloween Diver appearing in the 1st floor Oga Sea Grand Tank, and an alter-ego Gota in costume walking around the venue. Furthermore, at the 2nd floor GAO-kko Hiroba, a workshop to make original Halloween-designed pin badges (participation fee 300 yen) will begin registration at 17:30, and Halloween original design body stickers (300 to 400 yen) will also be sold at the 1st floor Museum Shop. Restaurant 'Frutto' is open from 17:00 to 20:00 (last order 19:30), and the Museum Shop remains open until closing.
