The 149th Akita Prefecture Seed and Seedling Exchange Fair, the largest agricultural festival in Akita Prefecture, will be held in Yurihonjo City in 2026. During the period from October 31 (Sat) to November 4 (Wed), various events will take place across different venues in Yurihonjo City. At Nice Arena, an indoor venue, agricultural produce exhibitions and an industrial education fair will be held, while an agricultural mechanization show, tree and sapling market, and specialty product sales exhibition will be carried out outdoors.
