About this event
Set at the ruins of Hataya Castle, which was a fierce battlefield during the Keicho Dewa Battle, a lantern floating event will be held to commemorate the victims. Illumination with LED lights will also take place, creating a mystical atmosphere. In addition, continuing from last year, visitors can enjoy the storytelling performance "Keicho Dewa Battle" by kodan storyteller Ichiryusai Sadatoshi. The kodan storytelling begins at 16:00, and the lantern floating starts at 18:00. Viewing the lantern floating is free, but an additional fee is required for those who wish to float a paper lantern. Parking is available around the venue, but visitors must follow the directions of parking attendants.
