The Nishikawa Town Cultural Festival will be held at Nishikawa Exchange Center Aibe from Saturday, October 31 to Tuesday (public holiday), November 3, 2026 (Reiwa 8). At this cultural festival, a diverse range of works will be exhibited, and visitors can enjoy the exhibition of works from Saturday, October 31 to Tuesday (public holiday), November 3. In addition, an Ikebana flower arrangement exhibition will be held from Saturday, October 31 to Sunday, November 1, providing an opportunity to experience traditional Japanese art. Furthermore, a tea ceremony and stage presentations are scheduled for Sunday, November 1, making it an event where visitors can fully experience the appeal of local culture. Applications for performances and exhibits are also being accepted, with the application deadline being Friday, September 18, 2026 (Reiwa 8). Application forms are prepared separately for the presentation division and the exhibition division.
