"Craft Gyoza Fes HOKKAIDO 2026," a food event showcasing the possibilities and trends of gyoza dumplings, will be held at ES CON FIELD HOKKAIDO within the Hokkaido Ballpark F Village. At this event, you can enjoy unique gyoza from 9 shops gathered from all over Japan, from Hokkaido to Kyushu. Offering not only pan-fried gyoza (yaki-gyoza) but also diverse varieties such as deep-fried gyoza (age-gyoza) and steamed gyoza (mushi-gyoza), these creative dumplings packed with each shop's dedication can also be paired with beverages like beer. During the event period, Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters baseball games will also take place; those who have game tickets can go back and forth between the stadium and the festival venue after the gates open. Even without a game ticket, you can attend the festival alone. Admission is free, but food and drink purchases are cashless only.
