About this event
The '40th Marugoto Sakegawa Salmon Festival & Sakegawa Mushroom Kingdom Festival' will be held, where you can savor the autumn flavors of Sakegawa Village. It is packed with hands-on events such as the famous salmon catching (catch and release) and the popular nameko mushroom grabbing from the Sakegawa Mushroom Kingdom Festival. Food trucks and various food and beverage booths will be set up at the venue, with many shops from inside and outside the village participating. Stage events are also scheduled, offering fun for the whole family. *Salmon caught during the salmon catching experience cannot be taken home. In addition, if securing salmon becomes difficult due to the effects of global warming, the catching experience and lottery sales may be canceled. In the event of cancellation, an announcement will be made on the official website on the previous day (November 7).
