This is a special tour commemorating the 20th anniversary of the certification of "Nurumidaira Forest," the only certified Forest Therapy Base in Yamagata Prefecture, located in Oguni Town. In this 20th anniversary limited plan combining the standard day-trip course with an overnight stay, participants take a leisurely stroll guided by a Forest Therapy Attendant through the forest lined with giant beech and Manchurian ash trees over 200 years old. Listening to the sounds of nature, lying down in the forest, and enjoying tea time will be a precious experience to step away from busy daily life and reconnect with yourself. Lodging is at Iide Onsen "Kairagiso," which boasts about 800 years of history, where guests can enjoy dinners made with seasonal local ingredients, as well as a specialty "Therapy Bento" prepared by the local inn for lunch on day 2. A rejuvenating stay for mind and body awaits in guest rooms overlooking the Iide Mountain Range. The forest walking trails feature gentle slopes, making them easy and safe to enjoy even for those with concerns about their physical stamina.
