64th Yuza Town Folk Performing Arts Festival

This is a performance gathering where traditional folk performing arts handed down in Yuza Town come together. The event is held for the purpose of preserving and passing on folk performing arts, which are local cultural heritage, as well as revitalizing the region. Yuza Town is home to numerous precious folk performing arts and folk events such as Sugisawa Hiyama, Warabioka Ennen, and Fukura Dengaku, each possessing its own unique history and characteristics. At this performance gathering, carefully selected arts from among them will be presented, allowing the audience to experience the rich culture of Yuza Town. Held annually on the fourth Sunday of October, it serves as an opportunity not only for local residents but also for many visitors to fully enjoy the allure of traditional performing arts.
