The 2026 Shirakawa Industrial Festival is an event where visitors can see, learn about, and experience the diverse industries of Shirakawa City—including manufacturing, agriculture and forestry, commerce, and service industries—while savoring the culinary appeal of local ingredients. By directly experiencing the charm of local industries, it aims to foster human resources who will support the future region and nurture affection for the community. On the day, it will be held concurrently with 'Out of KidZania in Shirakawa 2026' hosted by Fukushima Prefecture, and the dedicated currency 'Daru' distributed at 'Out of KidZania in Shirakawa 2026' can also be used at the Industrial Festival venue. In the food and merchandise corner, classic gourmet foods by city restaurants and famous Shirakawa sake will be sold. In addition, the kids' corner will feature festival games and vehicle rides, while the corporate PR and industrial PR workshop corners will offer product exhibitions, workshops, and hands-on activities by companies from the southern region of the prefecture. On the stage, you can enjoy performances by kids' dance schools, local performing arts groups, and musical artists.
