About this event
Held in Atsushiokanomachi, Kitakata City, "Shin-Soba Shita-Shirabe" is the closing event of the new soba tour. Using 100% buckwheat flour produced in Atsushiokano, you can savor the rustic, traditional taste of soba noodles carefully handmade sheet by sheet by local master soba makers. The appeal lies in being able to fully enjoy the rich aroma unique to newly harvested buckwheat alongside the hand-rolling skills passed down through the region. This event will be held with advance tickets and limited quantities. Details regarding sales locations and methods are scheduled to be published on the Kitakata City website once decided.
