45th Tamura Fuji Road Race

About this event

Held in Tamura City, Fukushima Prefecture, the "45th Tamura Fuji Road Race" is a road race event for healthy individuals capable of finishing the course. Entry fees are 1,000 yen for elementary and junior high school students, 1,000 yen for high school students, 2,500 yen for general men/women and parent-child pairs, and 1,000 yen for the Cross-Country Walk. Events include 2 km by gender for 4th to 6th grade elementary students, 3 km for junior high school girls, 3 km General Women A and B, 5 km for junior high school boys, 5 km for high school girls and boys, 5 km General Men A through D, 10 km General Men A through E, 10 km General Women A and B, and a 4 km Cross-Country Walk. Start times vary by division, sequentially beginning at 9:15 AM. The opening ceremony will be conducted on a reduced scale, and no awards ceremony will be held. Award winners will receive their certificates and prizes at the general gymnasium. The application deadline is Wednesday, August 26, 2026 (Reiwa 8), with three available registration methods: website, direct application at the event secretariat, or postal transfer. On race day, participants must bring a copy of their health insurance card and remember to bring their bib number card. Call time is 15 minutes before the start time.
