Inawashiro Premium Shin-Soba Month

About this event

"Inawashiro Premium Shin-Soba Month" will be held in Inawashiro Town, Fukushima Prefecture, from Sunday, November 1, 2026, to Monday, November 30, 2026. During this period, fresh, freshly harvested new buckwheat noodles (shin-soba) can be enjoyed at 17 participating soba restaurants across the town. In addition, starting at 10:00 AM on Thursday, October 1, a limited run of 5,000 "Inawashiro Premium Shin-Soba Tickets" will go on sale at 7-Eleven stores nationwide for 1,000 yen per ticket (usable as a 1,500 yen dining voucher). When the bill exceeds 1,500 yen, this ticket can be used by paying the difference; no change is given. Participating restaurants can be identified by the "Inawashiro Premium Shin-Soba Month" banner flags. Some shops may offer exclusive services or special menus during the campaign period, so please contact each restaurant in advance before visiting. Note that these "Inawashiro Premium Shin-Soba Tickets" cannot be used at the "Inawashiro Shin-Soba Festival" held at Camellina on Saturday, November 7 and Sunday, November 8.
