The "Oku-Aizu Gottsuo Festival" held in Kaneyama Town, Fukushima Prefecture, is a food event utilizing local products. In fiscal year 2026, in addition to the event usually held in late October, a newly established "Spring Gottsuo Festival" will be held. At the venue, complimentary servings of seasonal wild vegetable (sansai) dishes and live demonstrations of wild vegetable cooking methods will be conducted. Visitors can also enjoy stage shows and mini steam locomotive (SL) rides, making it an event to savor "gottsuo," which means "feast" in the Oku-Aizu dialect.
