About this event
Following the Great East Japan Earthquake and nuclear disaster, the entire town of Hirono was evacuated; however, viewing "a crisis as an opportunity," the community has promoted town development through the unique "Hirono Style." The town is now holding "Hirono Style 2026," an event to showcase the appeal of this unique local approach. Introducing the lifestyles, values, and endeavors of the people living in Hirono Town as a "Style," it has evolved into a hands-on event that fosters new insights and civic pride. The program is packed with attractions, including an FMX (Freestyle Motocross) show by riders including Hirono Dream Ambassador Daisuke Suzuki (DAICE), a "Stage Performance" area, a "Housing & Relocation Consultation Zone," a "HIRONO STYLE Promotion Zone," a "Gourmet & Market Zone," and a "Kids & Family Zone." In the hands-on activity area, visitors can enjoy inflatable attractions, a petting zoo, sports experiences, and traditional festival games. On stage, special FMX performances, Japanese taiko drumming, live music, and dance performances will be presented.
