Takahagi Beach & Water Athletics IN Takahagi 2026 will be held at Takato Maehamakaigan Coast in Takahagi City. Ibaraki Prefecture's only water athletics returns this year, allowing you to get active on floating inflatable play equipment on the water. On this beautiful coast featuring clear blue sea and gleaming white sand, many beachgoers, mainly families, gather in the summer, and beach houses will also open. The water athletics is ideal for enjoying a special summer moment with family and friends while feeling the ocean breeze. The experience lasts 30 minutes (including turnaround time), and tickets are 1,000 yen in advance and 1,200 yen on the day. It is open to elementary school students and older; preschool children cannot enter. Children in 1st to 4th grade of elementary school must be accompanied by a guardian.
