About this event
Tsukubamirai City is hosting the "MIRAI Open SNAG Golf Tournament - Intergenerational Exchange Meet" in commemoration of its 20th anniversary of municipal administration. Aiming to realize "Tsukubamirai, the City of Golf," the city is holding an open tournament for junior high school students and older for the first time. SNAG golf can be played safely by children and adults alike, making it an ideal entry point to golf. Since adults play with a flying distance of around 45 meters, it can be enjoyed without a vast space. The tournament invites participation for various meaningful purposes such as light exercise, family communication, and local community interaction. The tournament consists of playing 9 holes, competing on total strokes. A full set of equipment is available for rent, but participants must bring their own green markers. Please wear comfortable clothes suitable for exercise, wear a hat, and bring drinks.
