Lake Above the Sky: Yumoto Onsen Fireworks Festival
Japanese name:湖上天空・湯元温泉花火大会
📅 Sat, Nov 21, 2026
About this event
Fireworks reflected against the clear autumn night sky present a beauty distinct from summer. Launched from the shores of Lake Yunoko, the fireworks color the relaxing late-autumn night with resonant sounds echoing through the hot spring town. This fireworks festival offers an opportunity to spend a special evening in the atmospheric hot spring town of Oku-Nikko Yumoto Onsen. Please check in advance as the event may be postponed or canceled due to inclement weather. A winter fireworks festival is also planned.
