The "15th Oyama Beer Festival," held in Oyama City, Tochigi Prefecture, is an event where you can enjoy delicious beer made using malting barley harvested in Oyama, one of Japan's leading barley-producing regions. At the venue, in addition to Asahi Super Dry draft and Maruef draft, craft beer from 808 Brewery can also be enjoyed. The beer booths operate on a ticket system, with same-day tickets sold at 500 yen per single beer ticket, and advance tickets sold as a set of 5 tickets for 2,000 yen. Advance tickets go on sale across various locations in the city starting at 9:00 AM on Thursday, August 6. In addition, food booths will sell a wide variety of snacks and food made with agricultural and livestock products from Oyama City. Soft drinks are also available, making it enjoyable for families. The event starts from 17:30 on Friday and from 12:00 noon on Saturday, making it ideal for a drink after work or holiday leisure.
