46th Tatara Festival

About this event

As Kawaguchi City's largest citizen festival, the "46th Tatara Festival" is held to deepen interactions and bonds among people. Numerous stalls line the Kawaguchi Auto Race track venue and surrounding areas, creating an energetic atmosphere. On the main stage, vibrant singing, dancing, and spirited taiko drumming performances will entertain visitors. Additionally, children's mikoshi and traditional nagashi odori dances will take place, filling the entire town with enthusiasm and vitality. Alongside bazaars featuring merchandise and gourmet food, players' association events such as exhibition races by Kawaguchi Auto racers and talk shows will also be held, making it a signature Kawaguchi summer festival enjoyable for all generations all day long. Unlike the usual summer schedule, this year's festival is held in September.
