About this event
This is a walking event to discover local charms while walking through the Kaji district. Participants follow a course of approximately 12 kilometers over about 3 hours and 30 minutes. Starting from Kaji Elementary School, the route passes Saiko-ji Temple, Dairen-ji Temple, Momiji Park, Yaoroshi Kaikan, Iwasawa Ground, and Asu Ground (lunch spot) before returning to Kaji Elementary School. Participation is free, with accident insurance in case of injuries covered by the organizers. Required items to bring include a boxed lunch, drinks, rain gear, a leisure sheet/mat, and a Sugoashi notebook if you have one. Applications must be made by Wednesday, November 11 to the Kaji Higashi District Administrative Center by phone, fax, or email. The event will be cancelled in case of stormy weather, with a decision made at 7:00 AM on the day. It is organized by the Kaji Sports Association and co-hosted by organizations including the Certified NPO Hanno City Sports Association.
