"Artists of Warabi Vol. 66: Left-Hand Pianist Takeo Tchinai and Music College Students," held at the Warabi City Cultural Hall KURURU, is a concert co-starring Takeo Tchinai, an internationally active left-hand pianist, and students from Tokyo College of Music. In Part 1, under the theme "Coloring the Town with Children's Music," Mr. Takeo Tchinai will perform contemporary pieces centered on compositions created in a songwriting workshop with children in Warabi. In Part 2, titled "The Two Sides of Tosti," students from Tokyo College of Music will perform pieces such as works by F. P. Tosti on the theme of the wavering of love. Through the "ACT Project," the students learn concert planning and management, conveying the appeal of music to the local community. This event serves both as a learning platform for students and as a valuable opportunity to deliver the power of music to the community.
