Tobu Tojo Line New Series 90000 Train Debut Event

Tobu Railway, in collaboration with Ogawa Town in Hiki District, Saitama Prefecture, and Tobu Top Tours, will host the 'Tobu Tojo Line New Series 90000 Train Debut Event' at Ogawa-machi Station. This is an exclusive event open only to those who have made a hometown tax donation (Furusato Nozei) to Ogawa Town. On the day, participants can take commemorative photos with the new Series 90000 train parked at Ogawa-machi Station in the background and experience making actual in-train announcements. In addition, participants can experience a round-trip ride on the new train from Ogawa-machi Station to the siding track. Tobu Railway uniforms and caps will be prepared for participants, allowing them to enjoy various activities feeling like station staff or train crew members. The new Series 90000 train features energy-saving performance that reduces power consumption by more than 40% compared to the Series 9000, and is designed under the concept of 'A ferry connecting the community, people, and the future.'
