Held at venues around Chiba City Soga Sports Park, the '46th JFE Chiba Festival' is an annual autumn tradition that has continued since 1977 (Showa 52) with the aim of coexisting with the local community. Marking its 46th edition this year, the event features over 80 stalls and a diverse array of attractions for the whole family to enjoy. Planned events include the 'Children's Plaza,' a 'JAZZ Concert' by Chiba-based jazz musician Yasuto Ohara, a joint concert on the main stage, the Chuba Chuba Wonderland Show, and Himawari Taiko drums. In addition, there will be a 'Working Vehicles Exhibition Corner,' 'Raffle Drawing,' 'Mikoshi Portable Shrine Contest,' 'Automobile Exhibition,' 'Factory Tour,' 'Fukuari (Fukuda Denshi Arena) Tour,' 'Science Experiment Class Kurarika,' and 'Craft Workshop,' providing opportunities to experience local industry and science. The 'Shipboard Tour' and 'Patrol Boat Tour' usually held each year will not take place this year. It is a festival coloring an autumn day to enjoy with family and community members.
