Held to commemorate Ichikawa City reaching a population of 500,000, 'NHK Nodojiman' is an event under the theme of 'Everyone's Stage in Your Town' that broadcasts local residents' singing voices nationwide. The preliminary round will be held on Saturday, November 28, the day before the main event, with results scheduled to be announced around 17:30 on the same day. The main event will take place on Sunday, November 29 at the Ichikawa City Cultural Hall Main Hall, with doors opening at 11:00, starting at 11:50, and ending at 13:20 (scheduled). Guests will include Isao Sasaki and Nana Mizuki, with Announcer Ai Tsukahara serving as the host. Viewing is free of charge, but prior application is required, and a lottery will be held if there are many applicants. Contestants must also apply via the dedicated application form on the NHK website. Approximately 20 groups that pass the preliminaries will perform with passion. The broadcast will be live on Sunday, November 29 from 12:15 PM to 1:00 PM on NHK General TV, NHK AM, NHK FM, and international broadcasting, with simultaneous and catch-up streaming also scheduled on NHK ONE.
