The '52nd Kisarazu Air Festival' will be held at the JGSDF Camp Kisarazu in Kisarazu City, Chiba Prefecture. This event is held as an anniversary celebration of the founding of JGSDF Camp Kisarazu, and commemorative ceremonies, aircraft displays, and equipment exhibitions are held every year. In particular, ground displays of various aircraft are scheduled, such as the CH-47JA heavy transport helicopter, EC-225LP Super Puma II VIP transport helicopter, UH-60JA multipurpose helicopter, OH-1 observation helicopter, AH-1S anti-tank helicopter, and LR-2 liaison and reconnaissance aircraft, allowing you to see their impressive appearance up close. In addition, in the past, experience boarding and ground taxiing on the CH-47JA have also been conducted, and it is expected to be a valuable experience for participants. The camp is open to the public, and admission is free. However, baggage inspection is conducted upon entry, so cooperation is required. Parking is not available inside the camp, so the use of public transportation is recommended.
