The 'Rusutsu Furusato Festival', a representative festival of Rusutsu Village, is held annually in early September. On the special stage, diverse performances such as kayo music shows, amateur karaoke competitions, band performances, and festival taiko drumming will enliven the venue. Furthermore, participatory programs such as the 'Kids' Bread-Eating Race' and 'Red Shoe Flying World Championship' are abundant, making it an event enjoyable from adults to children. Co-sponsored activities such as gateball tournaments and park golf tournaments are also held.
