Oamishirasato Fireworks Festival

A fireworks festival held at Shirasato Beach in Oamishirasato City, Chiba Prefecture. Starmines, message fireworks, and more will be launched, painting the night sky with 2,000 fireworks over the course of 60 minutes. Because it takes place on the coast, there are no obstructions, making it attractive for viewing the fireworks beautifully from anywhere. Visitors can savor the show while feeling the evening ocean breeze, and food stalls will be set up around the venue for dining. In particular, the underwater starmines launched directly into the sea surface create a magical scene resembling flowers blooming in the water, serving as one of the main highlights. The scheduled time is 18:30 to 19:30, with a backup date on the following day, Sunday, September 27. Access to the venue is approximately 30 minutes by Kominato Railway bus from JR Oami Station, followed by a 5-minute walk from the Shirasato Kaigan bus stop.
