Soba Harvesting Experience

About this event

This event is for members of the Owner's Club of "Nagaiki Soba," held in Chosei Village, Chiba Prefecture. As part of the fiscal 2026 event schedule, soba seed planting, cherry blossom viewing, soba harvesting, and soba noodle making experiences will be conducted. Among them, the "Soba Harvesting Experience" will take place in the soba fields adjacent to the Chosei Village Office and is scheduled for mid-November. Owner's Club members can enjoy watching the growth of buckwheat cultivated exclusively for owners and prepare for event participation. Through this experience, participants can go through the entire process from cultivating and harvesting buckwheat to making soba noodles, deepening their understanding of food.
