About this event
Organized by Bunkyo Ward, "Childcare Festival 2026" is an annual celebration for children and their families where various municipal divisions and related organizations collaborate to introduce comprehensive childcare support, ranging from pregnancy and childbirth to child-rearing. A wide array of initiatives and activities will be set up across the venue, spanning from the 2nd basement floor to the 5th floor of Bunkyo Civic Center. In addition to providing helpful parenting information, the festival is packed with hands-on, interactive programs that the entire family can enjoy together. Detailed programming will be updated at a later date; however, previous editions showed a wealth of local parenting resources and creative touches designed to entertain all attendees. It is an event that offers families with children both valuable information and wonderful memories.
