Held at the Koto City Cultural Center, the "2026 Autumn Koto Culture and Arts Festival (Exhibition)" is a works exhibition hosted by various cultural and arts organizations. Showcasing a diverse range of genres such as calligraphy, fine arts, flower arranging (ikebana), and photography, it serves as a venue to present the results of local artistic activities. The Calligraphy Association Exhibition / Calligraphy Association Education Department Exhibition will run from October 6 (Tue) to October 11 (Sun), and the Fine Arts Exhibition will be held from October 18 (Sun) to October 24 (Sat). Furthermore, the Ikebana Exhibition will take place from October 31 (Sat) to November 1 (Sun), and the Photography Exhibition from November 15 (Sun) to November 22 (Sun). The venue is the 2nd-floor exhibition lobby and exhibition rooms of the Koto City Cultural Center. This arts festival aims to raise local residents' interest in culture and the arts and provide opportunities to experience diverse arts.
