Held to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the Ota Ward municipal system, 'Peace Memorial Fireworks 2026 - Connecting Smiles to the Future -' will be held on Saturday, November 14, 2026. This fireworks festival will be conducted to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the ward system and to embrace hope for the future. The event period was changed from the traditional August to November, which also takes heatstroke prevention measures into consideration. The launching of fireworks is supported by sponsorships from everyone, and paid viewing seats (sponsor seats) were also set up. By bringing together the industrial strength of Ota Ward and the thoughts of its residents to make safe and beautiful fireworks bloom in the night sky, this event aims to connect the smiles of ward residents to the future.
