About this event
Fuchu City is surprisingly a vital railway crossroads with 3 operators and 6 lines running through it. Set in railway-connected Fuchu City, 'Let's Play with Trains! Musashi-Fuchu Model Train Expo 2026' marks its 5th edition since launching in 2019. Centered on railway exhibits related to Fuchu City, this event offers something for all ages under the concept of 'Watch, Play, and Learn.' The expo is packed with diverse attractions for enthusiasts and families alike, including a popular Doctor Yellow bouncy dome, an N-gauge model train diorama reproducing Fuchu City's railway network in miniature, an N-gauge driving experience using controllers, an impressive HO-gauge display, an experience where participants pretend to be train drivers and sound departure melodies, railway photography exhibits, a massive Plarail display built by TRUSS Fuchu, a 2-day-only mini-steam locomotive ride experience, mini-diorama crafting workshops, coloring corners, paper crafts, and free play with Plarail. Simultaneously, the mini-exhibition 'Exploring Keio Line Route Maps' and a stamp rally offering original tin badges will be held.
